Penthouse Details, Lee Broom 2020

Following the success of Lee’s New York showrooms and storefronts, he made the compelling decision to outfit a two-story luxury penthouse in Tribeca with elements from his previous collections in order to create a residence for himself and an appointment-only showroom for prospective clients. 

Due to the 2020 pandemic, Lineweight had to consult with him remotely while renovations were underway.  Luckily, Lee’s acute precision with spatial awareness and aesthetics afforded us ultra-clear direction with detailed plans for each room, so that we could remodel the penthouse without his physical presence.  When it came time for adjustments and finishing touches, Lee was able to work more organically via video conferencing walkthroughs.  This project was a great success and Lee Broom received international recognition from a variety of media outlets, and was a benchmark for Lineweight’s ability to deliver under extraordinary circumstances.
