Custom Entryway, Private Residence 2021

A new front doorway was retrofitted into the existing facade to update this Harlem brownstone. Securing the electronic strike plate required complex mortising within 1/32” on the doorframe for the buzzer to function properly with the upgraded lockset. Threshold repairs, new light fixtures, matte black paint, and gold numbers help set the tone.
